The room was cozy and the breakfast was gorgeous, great service. Superfriendly staff suggested restaurants. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Friendly reception. Very central location just off the old town, train station, it was in a great area.

It was a relaxing experience & staff was immensely pleasant. Pleasant view, a nice balcony, spacious bed, too. The garden was small, historic location. Freshly cooked food in the a la carte restaurant. Hotel was spotless and the service was special.

The location was best possible, a 10-15 minute walk from an ornate habsburg residence. The room was silent and had a particularly good view of the city. The staff was personable & was always available. Brand-new facilities and the pool was good.

i appreciated the hotel, it's sublime, it has extremely accommodating staff and pleasant location. fine and fine room, lovely bed and pillows. the best local beach i've seen before now. the main bar was good and the drinks were tasty.

Free Wi-Fi was very effective. We liked the fact that we chose nala individuellhotel. We would still consider staying here again if we go to Innsbruck.

View from the room was great. One of our favorite spots triumphal arch was near to this place.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
